Custom Embroidered Denim Jackets

**PERSONALIZATION INSTRUCTIONS**

You can personalize with any name up to 12 characters

1. I will send you a few fonts to choose from 

2. If you would like a single colored name, please choose one color of thread from the thread color chart. If you would like a rainbow name, please choose up to five colors for the name. I will put them in the order that looks best

**Please Note** I do send a proof within 24-48 hours of purchase. You MUST approve the proof before I start on your jacket. If you do not respond with approval, it will delay with shipping your order

Names are embroidered on the jacket. They are not patches

Denim jackets will be from Children's Place or a similar brand. (Based on availability)

They are a medium wash, similar to the 3rd photo

Color/Wash may vary based on availability
