Shipping policy

Shipping:

All orders ship within 2-3 business days

If you ordered a personalized stuffed animal, your order will ship 2-3 days after you approve the proof

Proof will be sent via text and email within 24 hours of receiving your order

 

In Store Pick Up:

You will receive a "Your Order is Ready for Pick Up" email, once your order is ready

Please do not come to pick up your order until you receive that email

Please bring your ID. Name on ID must match the name on the order

If you ordered a personalized stuffed animal, your order will go into production after you approve the proof. All stuffed animal orders take 2-3 days, after the proof is approved
