Refund policy

Non-Personalized Items:

Returns are accepted within 14 business days on non-personalized items.

Buyer pays return shipping fee.

Returned packages must be postmarked within 14 business days of receiving your package

If a return is postmarked after 14 business days, the return will not be processed or refunded

Returns must be in brand new condition with tags attached

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable

Personalized Items:

We apologize, but we do not offer returns for personalized items

If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will correct our mistake and send you a replacement immediately 🙂 Please include your order number along with the issue and a picture of the item you received.
